  Took a fragile item in for expedited shipping and CJ provided exceptional care in helping me package carefully And labeling as fragile item. Such a delight to experience exceptional customer service especially in this day and age. She made my day! Even if this isn’t the closest ups store to you I would think worth the drive for the excellent service.

  I love that they shred old documents for cheap. I don’t have to do it at home anymore and burn up my shredding machine with the volume that I drop off to UPS store

  Rudest person I have ever encountered. I thought I brought the right things that I needed. He ( manager-maybe)belittled me so much in front of a store full of people. Another staff member tried to step in to help because he was just yelling but he stated to her "I've got this!" And proceeded to continue to berate me for not knowing what I was doing. This is the UPS on Henry in Muskegon!!! Never going back. People like this should NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC!!!
