  Overall the store is good, but after making a special trip, 4 miles out of my way, I discovered that they shut down the cash registers 15 minutes earlier than their published closing time. It would be nice of the company to post this fact along with their operating hours, as both I and the other customer who arrived at this "open" store with me must now make another trip to get a package processed.

  Absolute zero accountability from this location to losing my package. As soon as it showed scanning into their store and never again for two weeks they became immediately defensive and shut down any possibility they could have lost it. Immediately referring me to the regional hub. The regional hub employee confirmed that it was lost at the Holton Rd as it would have been scanned at some point in the last two weeks. So now I’m filing a claim on over a $100 package due to their negligence.

  The owner Brett has promised for 2 months that he would take care of compensating us for 2 laptops that his store in Muskegon shipped to the wrong location. One was stolen and the other one was broken into and all the memory was stolen. We sent pictures and they owned up to the fact the mistake was theirs. The computers were supposed to go to Fredrick Maryland instead the recipient in MD received a large pipe. (Pictured below the computer pictures) Then the hotel that received the laptops kept them for 2 weeks before they shipped them (after stealing one and destroying the 2nd one) The amount was $550 total for the Dell and HP. Plus the shipping cost. After 2 1/2 months The UPS store sent a joke of a check to me for $117.00. Not the amount Brent promised to me after dozens of conversations! All contact was initiated by me because he could care less. The thieves that pilfered our motherboard now have access to our personal info stored on it!! Very unprofessional, uncaring and incompetent! Brent you should be ashamed ! *Picture of the Dell that was broken into. We never received the HP !!! The manager of this store is Briget she has been nice but cannot do anything else about the situation.

  The young man working the front counter is so rude and unprofessional. For one thing, he's not wearing any type of uniform or name tag, he's got an old, ratty t-shirt on, headphones in his ear and doesn't even address customers or smile. Why do you hire people like this to work with the public? UPS can do better!
