  Very rude. Ordered online they didn’t make either of them right let alone look good. My sub was all smushed together and I also asked them a couple questions just for them to stare at me. Beyond disappointed

  Waited about 20 minutes in the drive through and ended up leaving because our order wasn't even taken in this amount of time. We were told there were 5 online orders ahead of us. This doesn't seem right. Maybe they need to adjust staffing; One for online orders and one for immediate/face to face/drive through. I've never heard of waiting for face to face service due to online orders. And 20+ minutes is ridiculous.

  First of all, I don't know who does the hiring for this branch but someone needs to get it together! I have never dealt with the lazy and non-interactive staff as I had yesterday. I mean the boy that was waiting on me was barely moving barely talking I had to have him repeat what he says a few times because he was talking very low. The way he built my sub was a joke! I couldn't believe it. He didn't get the meat and she's right and then he didn't want to put any toppings on hardly.

  I ordered 2 subs and asked for them to be toasted. We got there in time and they were cold. My husband asked the lady if they were toasted and she replied yes. They were not toasted. I called to let them know and the girl who answered the phone said the girl who made them says she toasted them so they are toasted. These were never toasted. She got argumentative and snotty. I called to inform them but now that you are snotty, I wanted a manager. Well no managers on staff on weekends so I’m out of luck and her best worker wouldn’t lie. Well I’m not lying either. I will not go back to this one ever because of the poor treatment. She kept saying we can’t give you a discount, I’m not asking for you. I’m saying that when it’s supposed To be made a certain way, it should be done.
