  So I sent my husband to get dinner this evening and needless to say super disappointed. I wanted All American Club Toasted with provolone cheese and all the fixings. Well for starters no provolone cheese....awesome and apparently they dont know how to toast a sandwich, because it clearly didn't get toasted. I'm not going to go thru all the problems but not gonna go back ever either. With the price of food these days you would think it would be done correctly at least. But no can't get good food at a decent price these days.

  POOR MANAGEMENT and Unacceptable Wait Time I placed my order at 2:44 p.m., and it was not ready until 3:22 p.m.—nearly 40 minutes later. There was only one employee working, and she was responsible for making the sandwiches, checking out customers, and bringing out orders. This is not the first time I have experienced extremely slow service at this location. What made the experience worse was that another customer accidentally took one of my bags and brought the sandwich back to the counter after handling it. The employee told me, “She didn’t open it, so you can just have that sandwich.” That was not an acceptable response. Once another customer has taken and handled someone else’s food, it should be remade. I did not want to wait another 30 minutes for a six-inch sandwich, so I left very disappointed. This location needs better staffing, stronger management, and improved food-handling procedures. Jersey Mike’s consistently has orders ready in a fraction of the time.

  The steak egg and cheese wrap is delicious but the person who took my order was just so angry at me for no reason, like what did I do?!

  This is why I never get subway anymore. Ordered online, showed up on time and wasn't ready. No big deal but what is, is that I waited and my order still wasn't right. Asked for it to be toasted, it wasn't. Paid extra for 50% meat and bacon and got neither. Was really looking forward to this but I'm disappointed every time I come to this subway. Even tipped 4 dollars and don't know why they can't even follow instructions. Wanted to add a photo to show how horrible my sandwich looks but for some reason there's no option to upload an image. I'll just take my business to jersey Mike's from now on.
