  I woke up panicked, realizing I hadn’t placed a catering order for 40 people I needed that day. I placed the order at 2:30am online on their catering website, at 7:30am I received a text confirming the order, at 9am I received a text confirming my order would be ready at 1:15pm, and when I arrived to pick up they were super attentive, didn’t mind that I added something on to the already gigantic last minute order. They gave me compliments, walked my two bags to the car, it was awesome customer service.

  Out of ham so I just wasted 20 minutes it’s not hard to mark things unavailable online just do your job
