  Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in with my package that I had priced out shipping online for. The price to ship in store was significantly higher than what appeared online. The clerk named Terri verified that the packaging, dimensions, weight, and shipping address were all the same as what I entered online, but the in-store price was still much higher. She had an absolutely horrible attitude, and her co-worker had a young child running around behind the counter with her. They were not willing to investigate the price discrepancy or help whatsoever. When I asked about a manager or anyone else that might be able to help with this issue, they simply asked me to leave and made snide comments as I left. I will never do business with this FedEx location as long as she is employed there and will avoid using FedEx at all due to my experiences at the Norton Shores location

  No way to get a human on the phone to ask a question. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst service ever. Higher some real people to answer the phone or continue to loose business. If I could give zero stars I would.

  Update 7/14/26: Wilbert did it again, stops his truck at my building and marks my delivery as “customer not available” his supervisor is aware but does not care. I get my meds shipped in a refrigerated box every 90 days and each time they delay the delivery until the meds arrive too late and a claim has to be filed.
