  I was in yesterday. Had a great experience with Joe! To be honest I was defeated because all of the other auto places said they had the studs that I needed but didn't. They just want off the make and model of my car. This was even when I had the broken stud in hand. No one wanted to listen to me as the customer. Joe looked at my broken stud asked questions to get an idea of what he needed to look for. Joe went into the back and grabbed every stud that might fit where my broken stud was. He calibrated all of them to see if they were a match. He was getting to the end of what he had. Of course I hear the dreaded words ok you might not like me for this but if these dont work you will have to replace the whole bearing again in which was just replaced 2 weeks ago. Joe worked so hard and found the correct part for me so I didn't have to replace whole bearing again. I used to be an autozone girl. But this experience has now made it so I will always go back and see Joe! I called today to report this to a manager because I was pleased. I spoke with Jessica.she was amazing as well and agreed that Joe is awesome! I will recommend everyone i know to advance auto to see Joe.

  Erynn was 110% helpful, went above and beyond my expectations. She even took the time out to look at a problem for me, came up with a quick solution and I couldn’t be more thankful!

  Shout out to Erynn the GM at this store. I changed my battery out myself. I came in to get help tighten the post. There was some things wrong and the parts I had was no good. She went and got the part I needed and also oiled my post for me. She did all the others wouldn’t even have looked at/for. Even told me she needed other parts cause mine has after market wires. I said all that to say thank you so much it means a lot to me.

  I’m so thankful to had Jess and Erynn to help me they both was very helpful and made me very welcoming and comfort me in my time of needing help and there’s not many out here like them. Lastly if i could be the one to tell they boss to give them a raise I definitely would and y’all need many more workers like them. They both are very great. Go see Jess and Erynn.
