  I went in to do the 16e iPhone. When I asked about iPhone promotions he told me it would be 250 out the door. I was skeptical because a young lady at the same store before told me it’ll be 170 out the door. He was on the phone cursing and on FaceTime with someone informing him on what to price to walk away with extra money. Don’t go here go to the one on Harper Ave. it’s a honest location. Take care.

  Customer service representative did not greet me and was not happy I was there. He would not help me with my issue and gave me a phone number to call because he didn’t want to be bothered. Extremely poor customer service.

  I only go here if I have to. There's been times a bunch of kids in the back screaming. It smelled like weed. But this time I went there and I was told were not open yet. Well the door was open and it was 1159, they open at noon. So I said I'll go somewhere else. And I won't send anybody to that store. You earned a 1 star with me.
