  This is the second time I have received stale bread. I should have known when I grabbed the bag because I could feel it crack through the bag. I was in a hurry so I didn't ask for new sandwiches. When I got home, the bread was flaking all over the place. I actually wondered if it was toasted, but nothing else was warm. It was just stale. Very disappointed.

  I have always had a good experience with this Subway. But I do want to make an extra shout out to their employee BLAKE. I work late and often visit after 10pm, and Blake has been working most of my visits. He is VERY polite, efficient, and always is busy! I have witnessed him with numerous online orders coming in along with in house customers and he still has a smile and professional attitude!! The Manager at this store is also very kind.. which is definitely why all the other employees I have met seem just as friendly and happy to be at work! I would give 10 stars!
