  Be cautious of the large individual. I observed him placing four orders plus DoorDash orders without changing his gloves, and he was touching everything on the counter. Just making everyone aware.

  I don't really recommend this place anymore since the manager is rude and uses profanity even when customers and children are around. My partner and I were just there about an hour or so ago and we were insulted by the manager and told that we stink which is unprofessional, And since we visit there daily and pay for our meals, We were told the next step if we visited again would be banning us. I don't have any issues with any of the other employees, They mostly do a decent job of what they do except for the manager. At this point I really hope the manager gets fired because of her unprofessional attitude and rude comments. So from this point on I do not recommend going to this Subway location, I recommend going to the one on North Monroe Street or even Telegraph Road, More than likely because they would probably have friendlier and more professional customer service than this location.

  I usually go in here to get lunch before work usually it’s OK but today when I went in and asked for extra protein, the girl literally put four slices of meat on my entire sandwich not cool. Had to tell her that was an extra protein. The bread is stale and hard. I don’t know if you think it’s OK to make people pay for food that should’ve been thrown away, but yeah, not cool and I won’t be returning to the subway.

  Five stars! Samantha the lady who made my order is absolutely phenomenal at her job! The power has been out at most restaurants in town and she was the only worker there handling orders with a line full of customers. Still did it with a smile and a courteous demeanor. Thank you Samantha!

  jenna was so nice and made my sandwich just how i like it! she said she’d just made the bread and it was so soft and airy, you can tell she really cares about each meal she makes! 10/10 what a queen
