  The advanced in monroe never opened this Monday, so when I called to ask when it would open, the phone number put me through to the browns town location. The manager, Bob was really nice and told me he had my batteries in stock and would be able to help install them. Thanks Bob, you really got me out of a jamb.

  Bob is the best! He helped me in less than 5 mins figure out what I need to do to replace my lightbulbs on my car and gave me good advice .

  Getting a 15 or $20 relay should not be such a chore. The help helped as much as they could.

  Had my battery die at the worst time, hours from home and in frigid temperatures. I went to purchase the battery and have it installed. Rich went far beyond the call of duty to help install the battery while me and my family waited in the car. One terminal was corroded and he fought to get it removed and the battery replaced. Customer service like this is what brings customers back. When Im in town, and need anything automotive, I know where to go. Thank you for your help!

  Normally if you can’t give year make and model, most of the chain stores won’t help you. But Devon went out of his way to help me with what I was looking for. He was courteous respectful and very happy to help me with my problem. He has a good future in dealing with the public. I know because I have done his job for 45 years. I will continue to deal with this store as long as he works there. Ps the other stores couldn’t help me without an application. Good job to Devon.
