  Everyone is always so helpful! Prime seems to be changing how to send items back and it can be frustrating but the staff always are more than willing to help.

  Very rude staff member who instead of just saying that my item was packaged incorrectly decided that the best course of action was to interrogate me as to why I didn’t have it packaged correctly. And then rather than offering a quick fix she told me to leave and come back with it correctly packaged. I was only able to get it shipped because another staff member actually offered an in store solution.

  The customer service at the Midland UPS store has been consistently terrible for years. I have thought about writing a review for years and never took the time. Today I am. I took a package to send that I did not tape, I had the tape in my purse. The associate that offered to “help” me scolded me for not taping my package and continued to tell me they don’t tape packages if I’m simply shipping it through them. I tried to explain to her that I had my own tape with me, but she didn’t want to hear that, instead she scolded me 2 more times. I then showed her the tape in my purse. I witness every time I’m there m, poor customer service to the majority of the customers who use this store. I would love to read the job description for this store-“ If you are rude and hate working with people then you are hired”? That’s what it should say.

  Very friendly
