Went in today 5/22/26 at 3:30pm. Picked up my to go order and had a question about the app. The manager on duty was very unhelpful and rude, also my fountain drink tasted watered down so someone isn’t even doing their job right with changing the soda machine. Also, my sandwich was not toasted even though I had requested for it to be.
I understand you probably hate your life because you work at subway but just find a new job if you hate it that much.

Working for door dash with the wife and failed to answer drive thru also failed to come to drive thru window we had to call the store then a young woman black hair answers and is very short and rude lady I myself own two companies and my wife also owns her own company and this was very poor customer service one thing u don’t do is argue with a customer customers are always right next complaint is with better buisness bureau as well Lara no hair net and or gloves will be filing a legal form called foyia to obtain the footage

We hadn’t been to Subway in almost a year because of repeated poor quality experiences, but this visit completely changed our minds. Thomas did an excellent job making our sandwiches. everything was fresh, well-made, and put together with care. He was friendly, professional, and made sure our order was done right. This was by far the best experience we’ve had here in a long time! Give the guy a raise and have others take note.
