This Subway is inconsistent with its reward policy. My wife and I frequently get two six inch subs and our free footlong reward covers it. On our most recent visit, they said they could not do that and that we have to pay full price. Food is good, place is clean, staff is normal, but inconsistency is incredibly frustrating. When you choose to go to a restaurant because you have a reward, you should be able to use it as you have in the past. Not sure what the official corporate policy is, but either way, training needs to be conducted to fix the issue.

The lady was real rude with a serious attitude problem which sucks as the gentleman was real polite and professional. She needs to be acquainted with customer service skills
