  The young man who “helped” me today was careless and gave me misinformation when I asked about a potential issue with my car so he can make a sale. He then proceeded to blame me for an issue he contributed to because he “assumed I knew better.” So not only did they almost cause me a big problem with my car for no reason, but he was a jerk about it. Horrible customer service and clueless about their job. Avoid.

  My son went in for help with a low oil warning and Bob H refused to help him. He gave him two quarts of oil to top it off, assuming he knows. If he asked you for help to top it off, how can you assume that?? So, now we have an extra quart in the pan. So my son went back to Bob H for help and he was rude and condescending. Enough said.

  What a great experience going here yesterday! I needed a new battery for my car that had just gotten a jump, and I was afraid of getting stranded again. I drove straight here and all three guys working were immediately friendly and did everything they could to help! An extra special shout out to Dan, who took the extra time to help install the battery even though it was a little trickier than normal. He was so kind and generous. These guys truly made my day and helped me and my daughter get home with zero issue. This is not my usual experience going to an auto parts store, so I’m extremely grateful and had to leave a great review. Thanks so much!!

  They have just about every part you can imagine and have never had a wait as they staff this store adequately. (rare) The technicians are super knowledgeable and they will offer to help install wipers, headlight bulbs, batteries etc This is my go to parts store…..
