  I ordered through the Subway app expecting a quick pickup. When I arrived, there was only one employee running the entire store. I didn't interrupt her because I figured she'd get to my order faster if I stayed out of the way. When it was finally my turn, she admitted she hadn't even started my mobile order. What should have been a two-minute pickup turned into about a 15-minute wait. I don't blame the employee. She was clearly left to handle the entire operation by herself. That's a management problem, not an employee problem. The sandwiches were also very light on the meat, which I suspect is more of a training issue than anything else. Overall, this location appears to be poorly managed. Ordering ahead through the app didn't save any time, and the experience was disappointing.

  Got a salad lazy employees didnt even warm the meat nor cut the tomatoes like theyre suppose to. Gave me attitude when I told them I had an online order. Will not go back

  The food was amazing and the two gentleman that made it were absolutely lovely. It would’ve been a perfect visit except the a/c was out. It was TERRIBLE I would’ve loved to have dined in but it was unbreathable in there. Not everyone would think about it being a big deal but I’ve worked at a subway before and no way that prepping our food in probably 85 degrees didn’t cause any type of bacteria risk… on top of that the poor workers were literally sweating through their uniforms. I will gladly change my review but they need to be held accountable first. Don’t have a food business open for service if you can afford to have your hvac system serviced. No way the workers or customers should be subjected to it being significantly hotter inside than it is outside!! They’re lucky they have a couple of good team members because no way I would’ve been half as nice as they were working in a sweat shop for I’m sure not nearly enough… let’s take better care of those good workers!!!
