For the cost of subway I expected more than just bread and a few literally a few toppings when I got extra everything will take my business else where

We had placed an online order. The order said that it would be ready for pickup by 12:05 in the afternoon. We got there, wasn’t ready. I waited, then proceeded to ask about my order. They stated that I may have placed it in a different location. Asked for proof, then when I showed them and that it took my money. They said “OH, it does that sometimes. We don’t know why.” “ you will have your money back in 24 hours.” Ok, 24 hours! Are you going to give me gas money for driving all the way to pick up nothing but attitude from the workers? The one worker was stressed, I could tell you possibly didn’t work there very long. The other one was plain out rude and disrespectful. She made it seem as it was my fault that their app online service was my fault. I will be talking to management. Poor poor service. As for the food I don’t know never got to eat my sandwich. A lot can happen in 24 hours.
