  I use to love subway until I came to this one the people are so slow I think his name was David absolutely slow never seen someone this slow at a fast food with a big line to the door he was rude and made disrespectful comments to me then the other person I believe his name was Noah he was amazing only thing to say about him is saw him vaping on the job

  Worst experience at fast food we’ve ever had. We have been to this location multiple times and every time we are disappointed. The staff is not friendly, they didn’t make eye contact with us a single time, did not greet us, or say have a nice day. The complete lack of urgency was astounding. It took forever to make my sandwich and they’re were 5 people in line behind us, which they did not greet or even look up when they came in. We have been giving this location the benefit of the doubt but in the future we will be driving across town to the campus location because this establishments employees have no competency. The manager on duty Lex had zero care in the world and also didn’t say a word or make eye contact, they were downright disrespectful. We just opened our sandwich’s and there are barely any topping when we specifically asked for extra…

  this is my first review on a place because how bad it was. I have never walked into a place feeling so unwelcome. The girl behind the counter was whispering and rolling her eyes. haven’t been here in about a year. I don’t understand how the one near campus can be so much better than the one on Washington. have never been so upset with service. it’s not that hard to put on a fake smile and pretend like you wanna be there
