    My boyfriend and I each placed our own mobile orders in order to each get a deal on our accounts, and he went in to the store to pick them up. We had each ordered our sandwiches toasted and with 50% more protein. Neither sandwich was toasted, and his sandwich included way too much extra protein. Normally we wouldn’t complain about a bit extra food, but it was so much extra to the point that you couldn’t really taste anything else in the sandwich. He had also ordered banana peppers on his sandwich, but had not received them. We have ordered from this location in the past and had no issue, but today’s order was quite disappointing.

    Rude employees and manager who is never there but states no refunds unless he’s there. Filthy building. Food that looks old. That’s the gist of it but here is my experience with an online order. I will leave a video and pics of what they made lol I ordered a veggie sub at subway on presque isle. My order was lettuce tomato spinach pickle olives extra veggies and extra olives and salt and pepper. This was an online order so when I opened it at home this is what I saw. I took it back up there and told them nicely this is not what I ordered and since this is the 2nd time we’ve had an issue with this subway only. I would like a refund. They informed me that a refund cannot be given without the supervisor Kyle there. They assured me he would call me to do the refund In 10-30 minutes. Fast forward to the next day at 12:30 I stop in and politely ask if my refund is ready because no one has called me back yet. The employee there tells me that he was there last night but got busy and couldn’t call. I said okay that’s fine is there any way you can reach him so I can receive my refund. She calls him and he tells her to refund it in cash. So apparently it was that simple to give me a refund. I brought the food back but had to go twice for a refund. After I got home he calls me off of a WhatsApp number and says subways policy for a 9 dollar veggie sub is 4 pickles. 3 half olives. Unless the customer asks for extra which I did. A sprinkling of lettuce and 4 tomatoes. The sandwich I recieve was so thin it felt like just bread alone. And had tons of mayo on it not much of anything else.

    I upgraded my order to a combo, and at no point was I told what drink size was included. The employee simply said “you’re all good,” so I selected a cup based on the lack of guidance provided. I was then confronted and treated as though I had done something wrong, despite the misunderstanding being caused by poor communication from staff. This situation could have been avoided entirely with basic customer service and clearer instruction. Employees should be properly trained to communicate order details respectfully and professionally rather than placing blame on customers for avoidable confusion.

    Hello im a dasher that just got accused of stealing a single cookie because they made a mistake of not putting it in the bag. I was inside the store the entire time. I double checked the order to make sure everything was in the bag in the store. The ladies working there were very unprofessional making this accusation in front of multiple customers. The womans words were as followed "here is a second cookie for your troubles" when there wasn't a cookie to begin with. I said what do you mean second cookie and she continued to push her narrative of theft. I wish I could say I dont have to go back but unfortunately my job requires me to go to restaurant's. Don't come here if you want polite treatment. They shouldn't take whatever personal issues they have going on out on strangers.
