  Please update your office hours. Drive 20 minutes to get to this location which was listed as open from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. to find a make shift sign saying gone to lunch. No specific return time was listed. Poor customer service before I even got any service.

  Val was so helpful today with two packages that we had to ship out (tuxedos from our wedding that weekend) The company we went through was not helpful with having us ship back the packages and Val went out of her way to make sure both packages were taken care of so we weren’t paying any crazy charges in case if they “didn’t get it.” She is the true definition of good customer service, friendly and reassuring everything would be taken care of for us even though we were leaving town the next day. Thank you so much Val!!!

  Super fast. Super easy. We had to ship a small package to a manufacturer and the process literally took two minutes not even. It is located at the crossroads which is out of the way compared to downtown Marquette. Worth the five mile drive and I'm not sure if their are any FedEx locations other than this one in town.
