  Walked in with a pickup order for my pizza meal when the order progress said ready, the man behind the counter named Charles/chuckles said that he would be right with us i said we had a pickup order, i asked if could grab the drink and bag of chips for my meal from the cooler and put them on the counter i was met with a snarky comment and a glare. multiple minutes had passed while the employe made other sandwiches and orders all the time arguing with us that we didn’t have an order i even showed the employee the app and he still said that we didn’t have an order he then finally goes in the back and retrieves our order ten minutes after we had entered the store it would’ve been so simple to just walk back and check that we had an order instead of dying on that hill. on other occasions i have witnessed he has made incredibly weird comments towards my girlfriend and the female staff that works there he's old as hell too all around dude is a total creep and his service is subpar id steer clear of this place.

  I tried to come here on a Sunday at 9:30 AM, because it was listed as "open" on Google Maps, and the physical sign of "store hours" with 9 AM as the official opening time, but it was actually closed. Not sure why it was closed then, but maybe the hours changed or something. So, I ended up going to the Subway in Kalkaska as a backup plan, and found they were already open by this time on that day. I also found that the Subway in Bellaire was closed permanently as another reason attempting to go to this Mancelona location when I was staying at Shanty Creek hotel just off M-88 near Bellaire. Its almost as if one has to jump through hoops with backup plans just to get a simple sub like a Cold Cut Combo or other popular sub options.

  Friendly service, helpful. Good quality ingredients, very fresh, the tuna was good, not dry like many other Subways. Nicely assembled sandwiches..
