  I came in to print a document and this rude bald guy working the counter jumpily handed me a QR code. I said thank you. I stood to the side filling it out on my phone so I could print my stuff. Guy tells me I have to use their wifi. My phone is broke and only does data. So I said I couldn't. He starts urging me to go stand in the middle of the parking lot. I said I don't need to do all that it sent 2x and he says it won't work because signal is bad inside even though it already sent. I said dude I have asthma I'm not going outside stop telling me to. And he just sarcastically starts going OKAY to everything I say. I say, bro you good? And he walked away. Very unprofessional

  The FedEx team was extremely helpful in printing out my labels and providing me with a roller to get all of the boxes out of my vehicle. I had a ton of boxes as I was dropping off supplies after our wedding, so being able to be helped and get in and out quickly was much appreciated!

  After being told my package was available for pick-up by the app, I was dismayed to learn upon my arrival they did not have it. In fact, their records showed it was delivered (I specified pick-up at location) and signed for (not by me). The manager was willing to put a call in to assist, and eventually she handed me over to Customer Support, and they were no help. No answers, speculation only. I was told they'd contact me the next morning. I opened a lost package claim the next day, and I was obsessively checking the app and calling the AI Support only to be told they were still looking. Nobody from Customer Support ever called or texted despite their promises. Later in the day, the FedEx Office manager called saying "You know your package was delivered today, right?"!! After seeing the package, but not seeing me perform the pick up, she decided to call me and give the update herself. Thank goodness she recalled my name and situation. I was elated and promptly got in the car. Thank Heaven for the staff at this location! They were unable to assist because it was indeed out of their control, but the concern was there. The manager really impressed me!
