  Did this store recently change owner? Today, the young girl waiting on me was so unfriendly bordering on rude. I was always impressed with the young men who worked there and how kind they were, even coming out from behind counter to open the door for me when my arms were full. This is my second encounter with this young lady, both times the same. She needs to learn how to smile and say hello.

  I want to start by saying the employees were polite, but the customer-service policy at this location was extremely disappointing. I brought my own box and packing tape for a prepaid shipment and simply needed to unfold the box, put my item inside, and tape it closed. I was told I wasn’t allowed to assemble it anywhere inside the store and had to take everything outside and pack it on the sidewalk in roughly 90-degree heat. When I questioned this, I was told it was “UPS policy,” which is strange considering another nearby UPS Store I regularly use actually provides customers with a packing area, table, tape and scissors. I understand these stores are independently owned, but this particular policy is unnecessarily inconvenient and certainly doesn’t feel customer-friendly. Going forward, I’ll make the extra drive to the UPS Store on 26 Mile near Van Dyke/M-53, where I’ve consistently received excellent customer service. Kudos to that location for understanding how to make things easier for their customers.

  I highly recommend this UPS Store location. I’ve been in multiple times, and the service is consistently excellent. A young man named Andrew has helped me on several occasions, and he is always pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. He is attentive, efficient, and makes every visit quick and easy. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service. Thank you, Andrew, for always going above and beyond!

  Really appreciated their great service, especially the manager.. I feel they went a bit above what was expected even.
