  This Best Western is one of our favorites. When you return after a year or so, and upgrades have been made it shows they care about their business. We will be back and they are highly recommenced.

  ****Replaying to the owners response**** I did go to the front desk, it was at 3:45am and asked them what they were going to do? I was told “Ohhhh that group is leaving tonight” Not, hey we are sorry, let me adjust your room or go talk to that group. How she knew they were leaving that night? No clue…. Because she didn’t even look at a computer or paperwork about them. Just tried to get me to move on, I’m not surprised she didn’t tell you or any other management as that would cause her problems. The fact she didn’t instantly do something just goes to show the lack of care. This has been the worst stay of my life. They allow fisherman to fill up their coolers at 4am in the hallways. One after another loading up massive coolers that take forever to fill up and are loud!!! Using garbage bins from their rooms and tossing bucket after bucket after bucket into a cooler. And takes for ever. Is the front desk doing anything about the insanely loud noise? Nope!! Went to complain to the front and ask for my money back because it been days with no sleep. Was told I couldn’t get any of my money back because I booked through Priceline. What an absolute joke.
