  I went to this UPS location for the first time today. I usually drop things off at the 7 Mile location, but this was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. The people were so rude, especially the older man who helped me. I had a couple of returns, and they were all in good packaging. He told me that I needed to go back home and find different packaging for the rug, even though it was already in its original packaging. I am usually always a very nice and understanding person, but the way he acted toward me was extremely unprofessional and disgusting. There was absolutely no reason for him to be that rude. I will never step foot in this location again, and I honestly hope that anyone who reads this thinks twice before coming here as well. I’ve never had an experience like this at the 7 Mile location. Whoever the manager of the store is needs to talk to his employees and figure out a way to make them have more respect towards customers because this is a very unprofessional Way to act.

  JANIE was SO GREAT!!! I walked in having a horrible day, running late, wearing some last minute outfit and I came in- she complimented how I looked, promptly took my package and then asked if it was for a business based on my logo stamp. She then asked for my business website information, followed me, and complimented my work. What a wonderful employee who made my (awful) day better and my business drop off so easy. Please reward this employee even if it’s just by telling her a customer left a review! I also always have a great experience here.

  I visited the store at 5:20 pm and it was closed, no sign, or anything letting people know as to why or when they would be back

  Shipped from the 5 Mile Livonia location, the package was lost, the owner Eric refused to file the claim. The staff is amazing, but the manager is rude, arrogant and entitled.
