  The owner Eric is extremely rude. I’ve been going there 15 years and for some reason he’s always in a bad mood and doesn’t know how to talk to his customers. He acts like he’s inconvenienced whenever you need to drop a package off. The only reason I continue to come here is because it’s close to me and he actually has very good employees, which is just about the only thing he’s done right. Do better!

  Hello, I was in a pickle and we had needed a notary signed The first UPS we went to the notary wasn’t working so they told us Where to go and we rushed over there we called and Jacob answered the phone and such a calm voice and said he he would wait for us to even if we were a two minutes you know out whatever two minutes to take the clock and then we said OK and we were trying to rush, but then with traffic being so bad nowadays we called back and to make sure that we’re gonna get there and he’s gonna be there. He said he would wait for us and he did And he was really nice and calm and he just like it in a stressful situation should’ve costed us a lot of more A lot more money with the tow truck situation thank God for people like him. It’s nice to see people still being real genuine something that I always loved Idaho for thank you have a great day. I hope you guys run across Jacob too.
