  For work, I frequent UPS VERY frequently - multiple times a month for many years to ship samples to the lab for my customers. I go to many locations throughout the area (based on where said customers are). I absolutely hate coming to this location and will not be coming back to this location again. I will happily drive out of my way to avoid this store. The first time, the young woman put the label on the wrong side. There are multiple big arrows on the tiny 6” square box and she still managed to mess it up. I said the label goes on the top so that the water samples inside sit upright (to minimize leaks). She told me she couldn’t fix it. The second time at this location, I went through the process of paying for overnight shipping (which is of course not cheap). Due to my prior experience, I said “can I please see you put the label on the box to confirm it’s done and done correctly.” The young lady told me she does the work after the line is cleared. I said “but I’m a paying customer and those individuals are behind me in line.” She told me I had to wait. It’s VERY important for me to mention that the package was already taped up. ALL she had to do was put the already printed label sticker on the box. That is it. And I STILL had to wait. BEYOND unacceptable. DO NOT frequent this UPS store!!

  I always have a great experience at this store. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time I come in. They’re also very efficient, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they care about their customers and go the extra mile to provide great service. Overall, an excellent store and highly recommend.
