  I see why there were no customers there. I went to get the nachos for the first time. I ask for extra chicken that I wanted to pay for he said. I said there is a button you can charge me for, he said no just this small bag of chips and no extra just cheese. i said I can't add anything else he said No. All he could say was No No No and didn't even greet me when I came in. Had to wait for him to come out he back. I walked out. You had to lose money on your open bag of chips and not make any money or extra money to service a paying customer. Just terrible!!!!

  Tried to order a roast beef sandwich and got chicken instead. Thought it was an honest mistake since the guy serving me had his earbuds in his ear so I let him know he made a mistake and that I asked for roast beef. He instead insisted that the chicken was the roast beef. Was just very bizarre. I had to ask him at least three times to make sure he heard what I said but was very serious and made it clear about the chicken (that he was aware was chicken) as the roast beef. Wouldn’t give me an explanation why or an alternative even when I asked for other beef options. I ordered anyway but regret it. Regardless of management, it was just awful customer service and he didn’t seem to care at all. I use to work in food service so I get it if he hates his job but at least try to be helpful to customers. We as the customers don’t know what management has going on that would confuse or disappoint costumers. I’m not going to pretend chicken is roast beef. Kinda hope he gets fired, that’s how petty I feel right now🤷🏽‍♀️ Refuses to do his job right anyway.
