    My daughter loves subway! So when we drove by and saw it was still open we decided to stop by. The lady attempting to take our driver thru order was rude! She asked what cheese and I said the cheese blend. She rudely asks what cheese is that and list the cheeses they have by name. There is no need to give people attitude while they’re placing an order simply because you don’t know what “cheese blend” means. It is obviously the mixed cheese you all sell. I have gone to multiple subways and order the exact same way!

    This review is not about the food. It’s about the rude nature of the owner of the restaurant or the manager. I made a mistake on my order in order to the wrong location. I called immediately and attempted to rectify it, but the owner was rude reporting he was not gonna lose any money for my mistake. And told me to go ahead and write a bad review.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. The woman answering the phone is rude and disrespectful.no customer service whatsoever. Place should be closed for fraud. Refused to give me a refund for food I never received. And marked the order as picked up on the subway app.

    I accidentally placed an online order to the wrong location when I was in a hurry and immediately called the store to cancel my order and she said it wasn’t possible, I asked if it could get cashed out and then refunded back to my card and she said it wasn’t possible. I asked for a manager and she refused to put a manager on the phone. I asked for her name and couldn’t understand what she said so I asked her to spell it and she said no. I said” I’m an hour away you seriously can’t help me at all?” She said “it’s not my problem maybe you should pay attention to which location you choose”. No one is perfect. It was an accident. This location just has no humanity whatsoever and completely unprofessional. I will never go back to this location ever again.

    Ordered a sandwich online that my coworker picked up I requested not to be toasted. They toasted it. I called and requested a refund since I didnt have time on my lunch to come back. The rude wife called the owner (her husband) and they said there is nothing they can do from me.
