  I went in for a return, but they couldn’t scan the barcode from my phone, I had to send the label via email, so they could print it. It’s time to modernize your systems, FedEx. Other than that the service was great.

  People there are extremely rude and unhelpful. They will go out of their way to make things difficult for you.

  Large printer never works no matter what. They used to do prints for you at the counter; Now they refuse to do that. Unless your dropping off a package or using the regular printer, do not go here.

  Please read all of the 1 and 2 star reviews. My feelings exactly. Unfriendly. There are exceptions.. but a few bad apples are giving this location a very bad reputation. Management: wake up.
