  Me and my sister came in to get new phones. Rayshawn was so patient and helpful setting our phones up. The process took 1-2 hours due to technical difficulties, so me & sis GREATLY APPRECIATE Rayshawn's customer service, even going beyond store hours. So far, the phones work great!

  Do not go to this cricket the manager calls cops on customers and tell lies about the customers do not go there. Her customer service is horrible. So is rude and disrespectful I left cricket to go to Verizon never going to that cricket again

  We just went into this Cricket store because of the positive reviews and rating. We certainly weren't disappointed. Erica and Tai were very helpful, got us set up with upgraded phones and answered all our questions. Great customer service! Highly recommend!
