This is by far my favorite FedEx store! The team is amazing! The manager, Shamia is always a delight, but on this particular visit, I had the opportunity to work with Lisa and Vania. Their customer service FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. They were patient, informative, creative in their problem solving and genuinely tried to help me think through the best ways to meet my budget. I am very grateful.
Came to pick up my print job, received an email that it would be ready at 12. They were still printing my paperwork at 12:18 pm. An older lady named Lisa was complaining about a manager or a supervisor, putting her on the schedule; working by herself. It was unprofessional and if customers heard what she said, she was too loud. Seriously tighten up.

Shoutout to the team here, you can tell they work hard and try their best. The brown skin lady with the cool blue glasses was attentive and you can tell she was doing her best and had been working hard the whole day. Multi tasking and helping customers when we needed it. I see y’all, thank you.

When I came to this establishment is very clean and organized. I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Vania, She was working by herself. I waited 45 minutes for her to be able to assist me, but she was working as swiftly as she could helping about eight people by herself never having attitude or anything. I think that this is very unacceptable for management or the company to have one person in here working by themselves, let alone the safety if an unruly customer would have got loud with her. For her to have been by herself, she did very well and kept a cool calm and collective attitude. This company really needs to honor her because she represented FedEx company with class. While being understaffed. I rate her a 10 out of 10. The company is poorly managed, especially the Southfield FedEx

Lady was incredibly rude and impossible. Ive been in customer service all my life. Im reasonable and understanding when it comes to the way businesses operate. She gave me false expectations and insisted on inconveniencing me unnecessarily. Ive been to other locations, plenty times and never experienced anything like this. I barely ever make reviews but she was so nasty, I had to. I can't remember her name, but I believe she was a supervisor, slender, brown & kinda short. The other staff was new and was trying to be helpful but she wasn't having it.
