  I placed a printing order for my business invoices. Simple job. One invoice with one yellow carbon copy, glued together on top, 500 quantity. Came to pick it up, all 1000 sheets of paper are glued together. When one face sheet and the yellow copy are removed they come apart, creating a serious inconvenience for writing. But this was not the major problem. The text would not copy on the yellow sheet, making it totally unusable. I waited for 15 minutes while three employees tried to figure out why, and they could not. I just left. I noticed what the problem was after a couple tries. The yellow sheets were placed upside down with the carbon side on the bottom. I did not want them to redo the job. It took 2 weeks and it had two problems. Will try another place.

  This is by far my favorite FedEx store! The team is amazing! The manager, Shamia is always a delight, but on this particular visit, I had the opportunity to work with Lisa and Vania. Their customer service FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. They were patient, informative, creative in their problem solving and genuinely tried to help me think through the best ways to meet my budget. I am very grateful.

  Came to pick up my print job, received an email that it would be ready at 12. They were still printing my paperwork at 12:18 pm. An older lady named Lisa was complaining about a manager or a supervisor, putting her on the schedule; working by herself. It was unprofessional and if customers heard what she said, she was too loud. Seriously tighten up.

  Shoutout to the team here, you can tell they work hard and try their best. The brown skin lady with the cool blue glasses was attentive and you can tell she was doing her best and had been working hard the whole day. Multi tasking and helping customers when we needed it. I see y’all, thank you.
