  Shoutout to Mandi, she deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly her own statue outside the UPS Store. I came in expecting a normal trip to the UPS Store and somehow left feeling like I had just received VIP treatment at a five-star resort. Mandi was incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and somehow managed to make shipping a package feel like an enjoyable experience—which honestly should be impossible. She knows her stuff, has an amazing attitude, and goes above and beyond to help. If customer service had an Olympic team, Mandi would be bringing home the gold. 🥇 UPS should seriously clone Mandi. One Mandi at every location and nobody would ever complain about going to the UPS Store again! 10/10 customer service. 5 stars. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks, Mandi, for being awesome! 📦👏😂

  I had to ship a special cane and some miscellaneous items in the staff cut a box down the size for me and took care of packing it and did a wonderful job. Made this so much easier than I thought it would be.

  I am 42 and not at all tech savvy. I had recieved some items from online shopping and had no idea how to return them but it said UPS store. I went to the Lapeer location and a very helpful, cheery young lady named Ericka was incredibly knowledgeable. While there her and a woman named Alyssa also helped me get some legal paperwork done for an incredibly small fee. I needed to scan, email and notarize some documents. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone needing to ship, print, scan, even notarized! Its clean, organized and the staff was amazing. Especially Ericka- she definitely answered all my questions, explained everything in a way I would understand and was super prompt. I was in and out and took care of multiple tasks. 5/5 would definitely recommend!

  First off I’ve never sent anything through ups in store so I was extremely stressed and on the verge of tears. I walked in with my extremely time sensitive package and this amazing angel working named Alyssa help me out! She explained the process and helped me get the appropriate materials I needed to make sure the items would be safely shipped without breaking. She was just so kind and I’m forever grateful for her help!❤️
