  Terrible. I orderd a veggie delight online for pick up and i wanted extra olives and pickles. I did not get any... I did not get parm cheese and they skipped the cucumbers and they put mustard on it when I asked for mayo. So it had like a small amount of lettuce, some tomatoes, 3 green peppers and one (i swear) ONE banana pepper..... I really would post a photo if I was able to. I have them but i cannot figure out how to post them here. I dont understand... I am not happy. ): I called the store they told me they cannot help me. I did contact support BOT Sammy. I hope I hear back from a real person soon. Im so disappointed. ):

  I visited this location to get food and had a very disappointing experience. The young man with the blonde slicked-back ponytail, who spoke with what sounded like a feminine voice, appeared uninterested in helping me from the moment I approached the counter. He handled my food carelessly, tossing items around and taking an unusually long time to complete my order. What concerned me most was that he appeared to fake sneeze over my food multiple times before sliding it down the counter to me. The entire interaction felt disrespectful, unprofessional, and unsanitary. Customer service should be courteous and respectful, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope management looks into this matter and works to ensure customers are treated with the professionalism they deserve.

  This was absolutely an amazing experience!! I will drive just from Imlay City to Lapeer. Nice, fast and friendly. Will definitely be back, thank you!!

  The very nice pretty lass always makes my sub so good and delicious like it always looks amazin perfect sub. Lets me grab a water cause I forget to grab a drink since I live like 20 mins away. The sub is not too much sauce even with extra so the bread doesnt get soggy and just looks good to eat not like throw around like the walmart one. This is the best subway in the state. The others always make a good sub the gent with glasses. Good too. But the girl I got it from today brovo it craved my craving for meat with out eating a hamburger or something greasy. Thanks again my go to subway.

  Idk how hard it is to make sandwiches or how much you normally add when people ask for extra sauce, but pro tip to anyone wanting this location DONT ask for extra sauce, unless you wanted the entire bottle. Go staff for wasting product as well!! When I called to ask how much “extra” was supposed to mean to them, all she said was sorry and hung up lol.
