I have been a Cricket owner for many years. Lapeer is my local store. I have found it extremely frustrating working with Gary, over the years, to the point that several years ago I started going to the Davison store, until it closed, and now I go to Imlay City. This time I went in to the Lapeer store to start out, as I was short on time, hoping for some help. I sort of thought I had a virus, which Gary confirmed. However, his only answer was to do a factory reset where I stood to lose a lot of the information on my phone. So, I left and went to another store for a second opinion, upon which my phone was completely brought back to normal, quite easily I might add, without a factory reset. I bring this up because this is by far not the first time this sort of thing has happen to me or to my friends, in the Lapeer store, when interacting with Gary. Lapeer draws from a large area. I hope that the Cricket company will address this.
