Husbands and I ordered delivery because we were out all day. We placed this order at 8:30. Confirmation said that it would arrive within 20-30 minutes. Okay no big deal. 8
It’s 9:15 still not here, wasn’t worried. 9:45 it still wasn’t here. Husband called up there at 10 asking if our food was there that we ordered. They said yeah. He asked what do we do from here they said we could pick it up or contact DoorDash. We didn’t order from DoorDash. They said the dasher just left. I don’t know about that considering some of these reviews I’ve seen. Also at this point it’s been an hour and our food is cold. We ended up calling back to try and get in touch with customer service and they didn’t answer the phone. We called from my phone and my husbands. Didn’t answer either one. Waited on hold for 10 minutes. Got a hold of no one. Very annoyed.

Had a problem with online ordering today but went in cuz i wanted to try that citrus joint and it came out hot and DELICIOUS, not to mention fast. KUDOS!

Awful, awful, awful location! I ordered my food for delivery and the delivery person did not deliver all of it. I called Wingstop to let them know and they were not helpful at all. All they said was that they gave the delivery person two bags. I told them she only delivered one and I have video footage showing that. First the lady I spoke with said the manager wasn’t there and they went through a third party for delivery and I told her there not my problem. I order from many restaurants and if there is an issue they will refund the money and then take it up with the driver. Then a guy gets on the phone lying by stating he was the manager and said if it was a walk in then they could refund me but not for a delivery. I have to go through all of these hoops and hurdles on Wingstop website to get my refund. I will never spend one penny at this place again. Also, if all else fails, VISA guarantees funds so I will be filing a dispute. Customer service is horrible but I’m not surprised for some reason.

Customer service is just terrible. They always have the same girl at the register and i swear when this girl asked me how much change she should give me back the 1st visit and the 2nd visit just looking like a deer in headlights while trying to order, both on top of the just the awful customer service I received and have observed during my 30 min wait on food - management/ownership I’m not sure if this girl is family but please hire someone else. Going forward anytime I want wingstop I am 1000% going out of the way to another location before coming back here.
