  June 9th and 12th 2026, I went to the ups store to return something to Amazon there were 2 guys working I had the pleasure of getting one of them for each of my visits UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!!! I would be embarrassed to have either one of them represent my company!!! I am old school. You work with the public be kind friendly helpful otherwise work elsewhere. If they r ever rude to me again.   Walked in to do a return. I wasn’t greeted and when I tried to hand the gentleman my package he never once tried to grab it from me. So I laid it on the counter and he asked me if I wanted a receipt I said yes. I reached my hand out to grab the receipt and he threw it on the counter. The lack of respect these kids have these days are unbearable! Please teach your employees and kids respect! It goes along ways.

  This location should think about who they have facing the public. Had a very unpleasant experience with a rude, borderline incompetent employee. I will not be coming back.

  Walked right in and was helped immediately by Tabitha. The whole process was quick, easy, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location—such a smooth and pleasant experience!
