  I have gone to countless UPS Stores in my life and I have never received as bad of customer service as I did today. The middle aged man (smart on him for not wearing a name tag) with the nearly fully grey beard helped me and he was beyond unprofessional. He didn’t greet me, didn’t answer my questions completely, and made it seem likely presence was the biggest inconvenience for him. How can you live life for so long and not understand simple manners? Horrible service. Would give zero stars if I could. Best advice I could give is avoid this store entirely or go on when he isn’t working. It seems like he’s been getting horrible reviews for a while, so I’m surprised management hasn’t addressed this yet.

  Sue is very kind, professional, skillful, knowledgeable, and patient. My package had valuable items and she assisted me by repackaging each item separately for extra protection. I appreciate her care for my package.

  I would give zero stars if I could. I just went to ask about a package, and the woman who “helped” me was rude and told me a racist comment

  I was shipping an item I sold on ebay. Purchased a box at this store and shipped the item...they then charged my account an ADDITIONAL $42 for having the wrong dimensions. Its your box...I bought it there and you say its wrong? I got my claim approved because I kept my receipt but they are out to scam their customers for outrageous amounts so beware and always keep the receipt if you must ship using UPS.
