I will never go here again staff was rude and very unpleasant not hi how are you or smili g faces and one of them ignored me for about 20 minutes before she helped me she was more interested in talking to her Alexa for music. the food was garbage lettuce was brown hardly any shredded cheese on my sandwich and she did not spread my tuna on my bread. and I have tried for 2 days to talk to someone about this and they dont ever answer the phone it goes to a voice-mail. this subway sucks its no wo Der why they aren't busy.

Joey made my Protein Pocket a month ago and it was fantastic! I loved the flavor and the level of service he provided! I came back a couple days ago for the wrap when Joey wasn’t present and I didn’t get the same quality of wrap, but when I returned today Joey was here!! With the same exceptional service and quality wrap I was looking for!! Super kudos to him for making this experience worthwhile every time and being the reason I continue to come back!!

The North Larch Subway was horrible 😫 My online order for $6.99 sub didn't go through. I tried calling to check on it but got recording. When I got there the door was locked and a sign said "Give me 5 minutes I'm in the bathroom" After the guy unlocked the door I asked him if I could still get the 6.99 sub since my order didn't go through and he sd yes. So I got a footlong and he said 11.
I told him he said I could get it for 6.99 and he sd I ordered the wrong thing. He said I needed to get the sub of the day. Since this subway was listed as one that you could get the 6.99 footlong I figured he'd knew what I was talking about. He also said he was the General Manager but when I tried to explain to him about the deal online he got angry. I told him he didn't need to be rude and he could keep his sub. He started yelling loudly for me to get out of "his" store and really got mad when I told him it wasn't his store. I will never go there again until they get rid of him!

Worst customer service ever experienced at a subway. Ordered ahead as I was limited on time. Showed up and after waiting for over 25 minutes I inquired the status and was informed all the customers who walked up and ordered in front of me had priority. This negates the idea of ordering ahead. I saw several customers walk in after me get their orders completed before they ever acknowledged the online order. Will not be back to this location.
