  Absolutely horrible experience at this Subway. The employee named Emily had an extremely rude attitude from the moment I walked in. She clearly did not want to be there and treated customers like we were inconveniencing her. What bothered me the most was the lack of basic hygiene. She did not change her gloves between customers and was touching everything while preparing food. Watching her go from one order to another without changing gloves is a serious cross-contamination issue and honestly just disgusting. If you care at all about cleanliness or decent customer service, save your time and go somewhere else. Between the rude attitude and the unsanitary food handling, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.

  service SUCKS and they were rude to us after they messed up our mobile order. need to train their employees better, do not suggest ever going.

  MANAGER HAS NOT REFUNDED MY STOLEN CARRY OUT!!! Always a problem with this location. Someone else grabbed my takeout order and manager has still not refunded my purchase. Its been over 2 weeks and 2 phone calls and I left 2 voicemails. Just like the other reviewer said it goes right to voicemail doesn't even ring. I put in a complaint with corporate and will keep doing it until I get my money back and my free sub!

  In the back dying of laughter but purposefully sending calls to voicemail. I literally pulled up 4 seconds after both calls and didn't ring but twice. Do better

  Idk why I bother trying to eat at Lansing places at all . Was told I couldn't customize my sandwich the way I wanted but to top it off somebody had their kid in there running back and fourth from the kitchen and doing cartwheels .
