Staff are helpful, online ordering is difficult, there is a "glitch" in the system that seems to require you to always order as a guest.

I was having a hard time on my own trying to simply print something from my email. I was beyond frustrated. I approached Cole, the store manager I believe. She instantly brought a calmness to me. She walked me through all of it and did not make me feel like I was being a pain. She was so kind and patient. She made my day in a good way. 🥰 Thank you Cole!
