  I appreciate your assistance today. I was incredibly alarmed to find my sim was just not working , neither was my e sim. I even hoped online to try and reach customer service but was only able to get automated replies that did not help me. What has the world came to :/

  Great location, great service. Was helped by the store owner Michael. Very clean store with lots of parking. If you need a new phone or help with your current one, go to this store!

  I walked into Cricket Wireless and worked with owner, Michael. I informed him of what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. He made it simple to pick out my phone. My purchase price was actually lower then what I stated I was willing to pay. I am not into technology and dread this kind of shopping, I suppose due to typical high pressure sales. He never once tried to sell me something I did not need or ask for. Michael answered my questions and laid out my option in a way I could understand. I really appreciate how easy Michael made this transaction. I would easily utilize this business again.
