  My husband’s phone caught on fire as soon as he took it off the charger and burned a big hole in our bedroom carpet and our bed. Since I didn’t have insurance on the phone they don’t want to take the situation serious. My husband put out the fire just in time before it became an actual house fire. Cricket wireless service is horrible. We’ve even contacted Motorola customer service and they’re full of crap too. So with this being said they will be hearing from our lawyers very soon.
