  Drove through heavy traffic from pretty far away specifically because this location advertised the cheapest passport photos and clearly showed online that they offered the service. After getting there, I was told they don’t do passport photos. I then pointed out that not only does it say online they offer them, but there’s also signage inside the actual store advertising the service. Instead of acknowledging the confusion or apologizing for wasting my trip, I was just told to “go to Walgreens.” That response came across as incredibly dismissive and honestly pretty insulting considering I had already explained why I came there in the first place. The issue wasn’t that the service was unavailable. Things happen. The problem was the lack of empathy and the attitude. A simple apology and explanation would’ve completely changed the experience. If the service is no longer available, the online listing and in-store signage should be updated. UPDATE: The owner response only confirmed my original experience. First I was talked down to and told to “go to Walgreens” after explaining I came there specifically because passport photos were listed online and advertised inside the store. Then, instead of acknowledging the confusion or lack of empathy, the response basically implies I’m either lying or somehow imagined it. So to recap: I was spoken to condescendingly, then blamed for being frustrated after wasting a trip through heavy traffic, and now told the advertising I clearly saw apparently doesn’t count because the signs are posted whether the store offers the service or not. A simple apology would have resolved all of this. Instead, the response doubled down on the attitude and proved my original review was completely justified.
