  Neha and her team BENT OVER BACKWARD to work with my son on the packaging, debugging, repackaging and secret delivery of my dad's wooden bench! They poured their hearts and dedication into getting this from Kalamazoo to my home on Long Island after my dad's death. I can never thank them enough for all the work, time, CARE and LOVE they shared with total strangers to be part of such an important delivery!! SO GRATEFUL!

  What an amazing customer service experience! This UPS store goes above and beyond to help customers. The staff are friendly, professional, and exceptional in their desire to help people. Although I have several UPS stores closer to me, I always choose to drive the extra distance for this location.

  I shipped some large photographs. They had to build a box to accommodate them. It was 18”x36” but only inch deep. The photographs arrived with no issues. I was sent a picture of the box’s condition upon arrival. They reinforced each corner so it would not crush. Great service. I was nervous about shipping these items. They walked me through how they planned to create the box. Very reassuring.

  Just used this store to help with custom menu posters and coupon cards for our local small business. Neha and team helped walk us through the process and final prints looked perfect. Will be back.

  We had an issue where our package wasn’t delivered to our home. Even though it wasn’t the store’s responsibility, the UPS Store team went above and beyond to help us. They contacted the UPS agency multiple times and made sure we finally received our package. We really appreciate their effort and support, thank you so much!
