  Been here a few times and each time we were left waiting for them to open on time. They are not prepared and are usually out of food items first thing in the morning or don’t want to bother bringing them out because of showing up late and not getting it all set up before their doors open. Will continue to go to other locations

  It's okay, barely food but it hasn't changed much. It's expensive $30 just for three foot longs. That's not even with chips and drinks. The sub club is their only saving grace at this point. Certainly won't ever beat Penn Station.

  Placed order at 6:15 pm for pick up at 7:45pm. Got there at 8, store was dark and closed. Took pics, this is ridiculous. Will go to the one near Little Caesars since they're always correct and open.
