The friendliest staff very helpful and kind. I didn’t get the two gentlemen’s names but he said he’d been there for two years and his experience, skill and customer service definitely showed that! I will be returning because of their excellent service! Thanks for the cookies xx
We went through the drive-thru and ordered a toasted footlong sub and a small personal pizza. An employee by the name of Crow was friendly and took our order and payment at the window. My receipt said 3:31 and 10 minutes go by waiting for the food. A different employee is filling up a drink by this same pickup window, and he looks directly at me, so I’m assuming they might be busy inside but he does not give an update. There are no other cars in line behind us. Although we were on our way home after an appointment and not in a hurry, 10 more minutes go by and at this point we realize we were forgotten. My son goes inside with the receipt while Crow, someone named Gavin, and two others are standing around talking and laughing. None of them are busy making food and there were no other customers inside. Our food was left on the counter, and after Crow scolds Gavin they gave a half-assed, insincere “sorry.” Our toasted sub was cold, as was the personal pizza. Needless to say, we won’t be going back to the D Avenue Subway.

I was having car issues monday morning in the parking lot and an employee came out because she saw that I was upset. She gave me water and a cookie and made me feel totally safe and welcomed. I really appreciated this gesture.
Everything was light on all 3 of our orders. 2 cuccumbers and 1 tomato on the whole sub? The salad was missing stuff......subs were not toasted. Drive thru not recommended. No napkins. Go inside n watch them make your food.
