  I'm in there several times a week for the past 4 years. The staff is the best! Always pleasant, helpful and professional. It's less about FedEx and more about this specific group of people!

  I placed a complex online order and I had an order called in and sent via email. Service was amazingly fast, and received email replies very quick. They understood the assignment and delivered. Got rush copies of a last minute presentation. The presentations looked fantastic, exactly what we designed and the print quality was perfect. Top off the experience with a very helpful employee. I wish I had noted her name. She was efficient and professional, reminding me I had already paid for one set via the online order, and only owed for the other. She offered to print out both receipts, knowing I needed them for work. Clearly this location does this frequently and is very good. Their work isn't cheap, but the end products look fantastic. I highly recommend them for your immediate needs in printing.

  FedEx drivers will not stop illegally delivering parcels to USPS mailboxes. The postal drivers are charging customers postage for everything FedEx leaves inside mailboxes. There is no way to contact dispatch or any delivery manager or drivers. The drivers break the law every single day and the customers are literally paying the cost if they want their package. Do not use FedEx to ship your parcels. Use USPS since the packages are winding up in mailboxes anyway.

  I'm a graphic designer with previous experience working in three different wide format printing places. I sent a simple 2' x 3' poster to be printed on paper and trimmed. Twice they printed it the wrong size and blamed my "incorrect file." I checked the file several times and it was 100% correct including crop marks and bleeds. Their solution was to "stretch" the file to make it fit the size I want. All I wanted was them to print the file as I created it, not warp the image. It was basically concluded they could not help me and I left with an incorrectly sized print (that didn't fit in the frame I had). Waste of $46. Asked for a refund and haven't heard back.
