I just walked in and a worker straight up walked around me without saying a word, I continue to walk around the store waiting for a worker to try to help and not 1 person said a word to me so I walked out. Had $6000 to spend on a cpl parts guess I'm going to O'Reilly

Absolutely the best everyone at the store always takes care of anything i need and makes sure they provide exceptional customer service. Won't go anywhere else for the parts I need for my business Matt and Barb and the whole team their always offer exceptional customer service and go beyond expectations. Has to be the best store on Michigan by far.

I drove my car to this store after getting a jump for an unexpectedly dead car battery. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, taking time to confirm that the issue was indeed a bad battery and even installing the new one for me. One of the gentlemen that helped me was named Lee - shoutout Lee! He was so sweet. I did not catch the woman’s name but she was excellent too. 10/10 customer service all around.
