  Had very good service today from Tiffany! She is top notch helpful and knowledgeable, upgraded my 5 year old phone I like my new Moto! Still get a great monthly rate $ she is an asset for your company!

  Very dissapointed with this retailer. Every single time I have gone to get help with my phone or to buy a new one the place has been closed, on regular hours. At first I thought it was just "bad luck" on my part. I always came back and I would find them open. This las time I went again, closed. I went into the store beside them and ask a staff member if they knew when someone would be back or what in the world is going on with their schedule, she confirmed to me that they have a "random" way of opening and closing the place. So they don't respect the hours on their website and on their door. What bothers me the must is this is the only cricket store in Jackson, so we are stuck with this bad service for now. Hopefully someone will care about it and stick to the schedule. I don't recommend this retailer at all.

  Very friendly and helpful, and go the extra mile to be sure you are happily on your way. They stock just enough equipment that you have some good choices, and the plans and coverage are great. No reason to overpay with the big brands!
