  Orderd 2 hot subs online and picked it up at pick up time and our subs were stone cold! Asked the lady Monica if she could heat it back up or to remake it and she was rude and would not do anything for us. The other chick was also just gossiping rly loud, and was just as rude.

  I don’t understand what all the people complaining about. I have ordered probably 2 dozen times from this location, literally 0 issues. Seems like customer error 😉
