  I’m not one to typically write reviews, but your employee behind the counter working on 8/15, needs some serious customer service training. You could see the attitude on her face when we walked in the door. There was an elderly gentleman ahead of us who politely asked her to please put the mayo on the bread first before layering the meat and cheese. She proceeded to argue with him telling him it was too busy, she’d have to change her gloves and she wasn’t going to do it. In the amount of time she argued about it, it could have been completed. After he politely asked again and said please, she ripped off her gloves and completed his request. She continued to make comments about having to change gloves afterwards. It was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional.

  Went there and it's 936 and the doors were locked and the worker was hiding in back 8/8 great business it was one of the workers that don't make the food good anyways but there loss I guess

  We roll into ironwood subway website says open till eleven, it's 10:50. We see that the open sign is lit up. Employee at cash register great We can get some food. We'll that was a big fat no as the employee ducked into the back and the door was locked. Now mind up we have been there during the day time and the service has been unprofessional, rude and sloppy. However everyone can have a bad day so we were ready to give it a second chance BIG mistake. Management should really look into their establishment.

  Great people, speedy service, good fresh food. Clean. Always stop when we're in the area.
