I'm a subway guy at least 5 days a week. I'm a delivery driver and on May 17th 2026 I popped in for my dinner break. Only 3 people ahead of me, okay I thought no biggie it'll go quick. It didn't and turns out the orders ahead of me were online that weren't ready and the people ahead of me were waiting for it. I mentioned to the customer ahead of me that the girl could use some help, she was alone and shortly after she looked at me and said, "I'll be with you in a minute". Several minutes later she asks a guy behind me what he wanted, ???? Are you serious, you just skipped me and now my dinner break is about over. 80 plus day sunny hot and a delivery driver gets treated like this wow, I can promise you this, I will never go to that store nor will my friends and family. Yes, I messaged all of them about this bullshit! And not only that but, the company i deliver for WILL NEVER STOP IN THAT STORE AND ORDER FOOD EVER!!! To bad the owner don't care enough but, you lose enough business you'll care!

I had a great experience at this Subway today. I was greeted right away, and the whole work area looked very clean and organized. Kris and Dennis worked really well together — their communication with each other and with customers was smooth, respectful, and fast, which made the whole visit feel efficient and welcoming.
Dennis double‑checked whether I wanted veggies before my sub went into the oven, and when I asked for guacamole, he let me know ahead of time that it would cost extra. I really appreciated that honesty and attention to detail.
Both Kris and Dennis were amazing. Their teamwork, professionalism, and customer service made this one of the best Subway visits I’ve had in a long time.
